To place an order:
Email and tell us what you want. Products and prices are listed on this page.
Someone will contact you to confirm product availability, arrange payment, and confirm a pickup date/time.
When you arrive at the gym, call 519-438-1717. We will set everything out for you and unlock the door.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final on harnesses, ropes, belay devices, and carabiners. No exchanges or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Since customers may not enter the building as part of lockdown rules, trying items on for size is not available at this time. With the exception of the above-listed final sale items, you may purchase multiple sizes and return the ones you don't want, or exchange items for a different size.
Items being exchanged/returned must be in good enough condition that they can be re-sold.
All exchanges/returns will be quarantined and/or disinfected before being returned to stock.
