How it Works
With the purchase of a day pass, our friendly staff will get you climbing within minutes after a quick safety orientation. All of our climbs are colour-coded and graded according to difficulty level.
Everyone in the facility will need a signed waiver, even if they are just watching. Those under 18 must have their waiver filled out and signed by a parent or court-appointed guardian. You'll need to bring your own climbing harness and shoes, or rent our gear. We recommend wearing athletic clothing for the best climbing experience. Children 12 and under must be actively supervised by someone 16 or older. We recommend one adult for every three children.
We have about 80 routes and 50 boulder problems, providing plenty of options for climbers of all abilities and backgrounds. We use colour-coded holds to make finding your climb easy, and our boulder problems have taped starts and finishes. You'll need to bring your own climbing harness and shoes, or rent our gear. Please note that every climber must receive an orientation and gym tour on their arrival - regardless of prior experience.
Top Rope belay tests are free and do not need to be booked. For lead tests, please email email@example.com or call ahead and speak with a manager to check availability.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any age or weight limits?
Yes there are! Climbers must be a minimum of 35 lbs (16 kg) and a maximum of 275 lbs (125 kg) to use our autobelays. Everything else is dependent on the climber's attitude and abilities. Please note that due to COVID operating constraints and rules we recommend visiting with children aged 6 or older.
Regardless of age, everyone entering the climbing area must complete a waiver. Children under 18 must have their waiver completed by their parent or court-appointed guardian. Children 12 and under must also be actively supervised by someone 16 or older. We recommend one adult for every three children.
Can I bring kids that aren’t mine?
If their parents have signed a waiver, yes! Climbers under 18 must have their waiver filled out and signed by their parent or court-appointed guardian. There are no exceptions to this rule. This can be done online right here. Participants without a valid waiver will not be able to enter the climbing area, even to just watch.
Do I need to own special clothing or equipment?
No - we rent all the basic gear! If you're climbing routes (roped climbs), you will need a climbing harness. If you don't have one, we have them available for rent. Rock climbing shoes are required for climbers. Wear comfortable clothing, ideally athletic wear. We don't allow climbing barefoot or in running/street shoes of any kind. Skirts and dresses are not permitted. Tops must be worn by all climbers.
Do I always have to climb all the way up?
Absolutely not - no one is ever forced to climb to the top. We understand everyone has different levels of ability and comfort. You can come down at any time if you feel uneasy or anxious.
I have a disability - can I still climb?
Possibly! Most disabilities can be accommodated. Please contact us directly to discuss your options.
Do you sell climbing gear?
We certainly do! We sell harnesses, shoes, chalk, chalk bags, and other accessories from great brands. We also carry our own line of signature clothing.
